We encourage and welcome feedback on the services we offer, as this is one of the ways in which we can improve, and shape the services that you want both now and in the future. We have recently added an additional way to do this on-line to fit in with the modern world! If you would like to join this Patient Reference Group (PRG) please contact the Chair of the PRG Dr Abul Mostafa by dropping him a note at the surgery address or leave your details with reception and we will pass this on to Dr Mostafa.
